What truly stood out was the attentive staff, especially Valeria and Ramon, who greeted us with warmth and helpful insights on local eateries, including the traditional Ristorante tipico di Verona. Their enthusiasm made us feel right at home. With free Wi-Fi and the added perk of complimentary bicycles, Novo Hotel Rossi is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking both luxury and a taste of local flair. After only one night, I've already booked my return visit - a testament to the magic of Verona that this hotel so effortlessly encapsulates.
